LATEST NEWS THE LUSITANO RIDE FROM PORTUGAL ENCHANTS MANY THOUSANDS OF SPECTATORS AT OLYMPIA 2011



The Lusitano Ride from Portugal, supported by the APSL and organised by Sussex Lusitanos wowed the crowds at the London International Horse Show, Olympia last week. Ten riders - Eduardo Almeida, David Gomes, Ricardo Tavares, Carlota Mota, Joana Lopes, Nuno Baptista, Bruno Silva, Pedro Neves, Nuno Ticao & Francisco Lopes - and their horses gave 11 performances of the Ride. Chef d'equipe was Joao Ralao Duarte and display co-ordinator was Sherene Rahmatallah. Director Simon Brooks Ward commended the Lusitano Ride team saying "What a triumph the Lusitanos were.
